Bhangarh fort story 1: An area get lost in the shade
Madho Singh son of Bhagwant das claimed the fort by getting the permission from the ascetic named as Guru Balu Nath who was living in the fort has made an agreement stated as the should never fall on his home but the fate has never left him. The ascetic cruised in anger as the shadow fell over his home which made the town evacuated. Reports say that guru Balu cursed as when the shadow falls on him the city shall perish.
Bhangarh fort story 2: Spell Magician
The second myth about the fort is that the local magician who has fallen in love with the beautiful princess of the fort, he tried to make the princess fall in love with him by bewitching the domestic which is being used by the princess, but she sensed the suspicious act of the magician and threw it way. The magician cursed at his last breath stated as the fort will remain unfit for the souls to live in.

A group of 50 tourists has entered the fort in spite of the warning given by the villagers, this group has noticed a small boy creeping inside the door of a room in the fort. But there is no particular room in the place where they where standing but they survived with small injuries. These myths have made this fort to restricted at night.

The entire fort is forced to be emptied at night due to the abnormal activities and strange noises heard by the locals at night. By considering the safety of the tourists the government made the fort to be closed at 6 pm. There is even a conspiracy stated as if anyone enters the fort after daylight would not return in the next day. Though the is one of the architectural marvels in India the myths made this fort to the most famous haunted place.
