This MNC started as a trading company and now its a hub of technology. It was founded by Lee Byung-Chul in 1938. As the name gives the hint, its headquarters are in Seoul.
Since the beginning and there decades ahead, Samsung has set foot in various areas such as food processing, textiles, insurance, securities, and retail. Not until the 1960s, Samsung entered the electronics industry and became a well-known brand as we know it today.
Following the electronics area, it also took active participation in construction and shipbuilding industries in the mid-1970s. Including this and electronics, Samsung drove its subsequent growth.

After the death of the founder, this group got divided into separate groups, namely, Samsung Group, Shinsegae Group, CJ Group, and HansolGroup.
Although the distribution of this very company is worldwide, it still has a good influence on the economic development of South Korea itself. Its affiliate companies produce around a fifth of South Korea’s total exports.
In terms of sponsorships, this company has spent, an estimate of around $14 billion (U.S.) on advertising and marketing in 2013. Apart from reigning in the various industrially important areas, this MNC has the heart to donate US$100 million per annum to its Medical Center, a non-profit healthcare provider founded by the group in 1994. The Medical Center and pharmaceutical multinational Pfizer have agreed to collaborate on research to identify the genomic mechanisms responsible for clinical outcomes in hepatocellular carcinoma.
Well, we are to somewhat more interested in the electronics industry of this MNC. The electronics division of this group is a multinational electronics and information technology company headquartered in Suwon and the flagship company of this group.
Among the various electronics collection, the products are air conditioners, computers, digital televisions, AMOLEDs, monitors, printers, refrigerators, semiconductors, Telecommunication networking equipment, and most importantly, Smartphones.

The screen of this phone is 6.7 inches in size, full HD+ display with Infinity O design. The cameras in the rear are two in number, being 12 MP each in resolution, one being with the F1.8 Aperture with is while the other is the Ultrawide Angle camera.
Along with the screen, there is also a 1.1 inches big, viewfinder, which can act as a display if you want to take a selfie from the rear camera while the phone is folded.
