The upcoming Realme C11 seems to be an addition to the C series of smartphones by Realme. The phone has been sighted on the NBTC certification listing website of Thailand with model number RMX2185 and the moniker Realme C11. Though the listing did not hint at any key specifications of the phone, it showed the phone comes with LTE support, along with associating the model number with the name.
C11 is among the multiple Realme phones that have been noticed in various listings online recently. Being part of the C series, it is expected to be a budget-friendly offering by Realme with low to mid-tier specifications. Realme has been a flag-bearer in offering top-end flagship features on budget smartphones. Realme C11 might appear with some upgraded optics with a new camera layout.
To increase the heat, Realme had recently published some images as a teaser, one of them showing the back of the phone with the camera area covered.
However, a Twitter user leaked some details by publishing an image of the upcoming Realme C11, revealing its design and some other key specifications via a poster.
Launch Date and place
About the launch, it was shared on Realme Malaysia’s Facebook page that the Realme C11 launch event will take place in Malaysia on June 30 at 11 am, as per Malaysian time.
The Expected Features of Realme C11
1. An excellent design consisting of a front plastic front, a plastic back, and a plastic frame as well. The phone supports two SIM cards and a Micro SD card. A 6.5-inch Premium IPS LCD with Full HD Display with a Pixel density is about 270 pixels per inch, screen-to-body ratio 83.2%
In a post on Facebook, Realme has declared that the upcoming smartphone will indeed be equipped with the new octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. In its latest post, Realme also stated that the octa-core processor uses a 12nm process that clocks up to 2.3GHz, and adopts the Cortex A53 CPUs.
2. Though the Chinese tech company did not reveal other specifications of the smartphone, however, a notable tipster has suggested some of its key features. The tipster implied that the Realme C11 will pack 5,000mAh battery along with dual rear camera setup comprising a 13-megapixel primary camera, with its dual cameras compatible with Nightscape mode.
And the camera comes with impressive features like LED flash, panorama, and HDR. The front camera comes with a single 5 MP lens supported by HDR and can shoot 1080p video at 30 frames per second
It is also presumed that the phone will not carry a fingerprint sensor and it is unlikely that it will come with an in-display scanner or it might have a side-mounted scanner. Though there might be other sensors as well such as acceleration, convergence, compass
3. The phone is reported to come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via a microSD card. An Adreno 610 GPU is also present. The phone has assumedly only one version: 2 + 32 GB
4. Realme C11 is expected to carry the model number RMX2185. It is expected to come with Android 10 and Realme UI on top.
As per the image, tweeted by a tipster, the C11 will have a notched display for the selfie camera and slim bezels on the side. The bottom bezel, however, seems relatively thick.
The tweeted image, probably a leaked poster of the phone, presents C11 in two colors, a green-ish, and a grey variant.
5. Moreover, the speaker grill, 3.5mm headphone jack, and charging port are also visible in the image. Still, it is unclear whether the phone uses a Micro-USB or Type-C port for charging.
Meanwhile, Realme is ready to unveil at least two phones and a pair of earbuds in India on June 25. The Chinese smartphone maker is going to launch the Realme X3, Realme X3 SuperZoom, and Realme Buds Q. Apart from Realme X3 SuperZoom, the other two devices still haven’t made their debut anywhere in the world. It is possible that Realme C11 will join the Realme X3 series on June 25 in India, though at the moment it is unclear whether the phone will arrive in India as well. Realme will launch the new Realme X3 along with Realme X3 SuperZoom in India on June 25 at 12:30 pm IST. There is a possibility that one might get a look at Realme C11 with them.
